Payment & Subscription

All services require a 50% upfront deposit before project initiation, with the remaining balance structured into a monthly plan upon revision and confirmation for maintenance, retention, and continued support. Alternatively, clients can opt for a 12-month full-service plan, where the total cost is distributed into equal monthly payments. All payments are final and must be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment. Late payments exceeding 7 days incur a 5% penalty, while those exceeding 30 days may result in service suspension.

Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities

Estimated project completion times range from 10 to 30 business days, depending on complexity. Clients must provide all required content within 7 days of project initiation to prevent delays. Each plan includes two free revisions, with additional modifications subject to extra charges. Once a project is approved, further changes require a new agreement. Clients remain responsible for their website management, automation tools, and data security unless subscribed to an ongoing maintenance plan.

Cancellations & No Refund Policy

Cancellations require a 60-day prior notice, and early terminations require full balance settlement. All payments, including deposits and monthly fees, are non-refundable, even in cases of delayed client communication. Idara reserves the right to terminate services for unpaid balances, policy violations, or extended project delays. This agreement is governed by UAE law, and any disputes will first be addressed through mediation before legal escalation.
